Luxury developer RAK Properties more than doubled annual sales to Rs. 910 million equivalent, driven by strong demand from British, Indian and Russian buyers. Backed by a 34 percent government stake and prime coastal land allocations, the company is positioning itself for sustained expansion ahead of the 2027 opening of the Wynn Al Marjan resort.
