Sonoma County nearly added a third tribal casino after the Koi Nation of Northern California proposed a 68-acre gaming development just outside the Town of Windsor. However, the plan was suspended following a federal court ruling citing unresolved land disputes with the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria.
